By accessing and using the technical advisory and logistics engineering services of Icarcure, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before contracting any service.
Icarcure provides consulting services for structuring automated maintenance plans, operational cost control, mobile asset depreciation calculation, fuel efficiency auditing, and operating lease contracts for corporate distribution fleets. Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client and do not guarantee specific financial results.
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their fleet, operations, and financial data. They are responsible for implementing the technical recommendations issued by Icarcure and for maintaining the confidentiality of any delivered report or analysis.
Icarcure shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, business interruption, or opportunity costs arising from the use of reports, audits, or maintenance plans. Icarcure's maximum liability is limited to the value of the service contracted for the corresponding period.
All reports, methodologies, dashboards, templates, and materials delivered are the intellectual property of Icarcure. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize such materials without prior written authorization.
These terms remain in effect while the client uses Icarcure's services. Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with 30 days' prior notice. Icarcure reserves the right to suspend service if the client fails to fulfill the described obligations.
Icarcure may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
